3.1 Return policy – Right of withdrawal for web services

3.2 Return policy – Right of withdrawal for products purchased on the website
In accordance with articles 68 and following of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, if you contract as a consumer you may withdraw from the purchase within a period of 14 business days from the date of delivery of the order. In the event of loss, destruction or other cause that prevents the return of the order for reasons attributable to the buyer, the buyer will be liable for the market value that the service would have had at the time of exercising the right of withdrawal, unless said value is higher. at the acquisition price, in which case it will be liable for this.

Personalized products
